At the fulcrum of the management team is the Managing Director, under whose overall
guidance the team works, in their allotted areas of specialisation. The management
discusses and debates the various day to day affairs of the company’s business as well as
longer term aspects related to the growth and sustenance of the business.
As and when needed, the management holds brainstorming sessions on issues like
undertaking new projects, new business lines, as well as when mid-stream corrections
are needed, or commercial or contractual issues are to be resolved with customers.
EMPOWERTRANS has been the brainchild of its Managing Director, Asit Pradhan, having founded the Company at a relatively younger age, but with a broad pair of shoulders to carry the responsibilities
Starting with a degree in Electronics Engineering, he acquired business expertise through his experience of working with the premier global electrical engineering company.
Soon after, he completed a Marketing Management degree course from the ABB Academy in Switzerland he was able to complement his overall knowledge base and boost his managerial skills.
Having successfully established the company, he subsequently further refined his business acumen and skills by acquiring higher level of management qualifications from the elite Harvard Business School, Boston, USA.
Already recognised as one of the foremost young entrepreneurs of the state, he has developed excellent rapport with key decision makers in the industry and in administrative circles. His achievements have also received recognition from industry evaluation circles in India and abroad.

ALSTOM & GE T&D. Rich work experience in
Project & Contract management for turnkey
projects, in State, Central & oversea projects in
S.E Asia.

systems improvements. With a keen
business acumen, has been guiding the
corporate affairs of the Company
PRASANTA NAYAK
HEAD, FINANCE & ACCOUNTS
Mr Nayak is a qualified Chartered
Accountant having more than 22 years of
post-qualification experience in the field of
Accounts & Finance.
He has held various positions in leading
industrial organisations, including heading
the Finance and Accounts functions.
His specialisation in the areas of taxation and
funds management has been the high points
of his career, and one that is standing
